1. Software License (GPL v2 or later)

OmnifyWP is free and open-source software distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 (or any later version). You are free to modify, inspect, and deploy OmnifyWP across unlimited WordPress sites for personal or commercial ventures.

2. 0% Platform Fees Guarantee

OmnifyWP operates with zero middleman take rates. We will never collect a percentage of your checkout transactions. You keep 100% of your gross sales after deducting fees agreed upon with your chosen payment gateway (e.g. standard Stripe processing charges).

“No hidden platform fees, no monthly transaction tiers, and no revenue penalization as your store scales.”

3. Merchant Responsibilities

As a self-hosted software user, you are responsible for maintaining your server environment, SSL/TLS certificates, database backups, and compliance with local retail consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. Third-Party Gateway Relationships

When connecting Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, Mollie, or Paystack, you contract directly with those providers. OmnifyWP provides the software interface and webhook listeners but is not a financial intermediary, bank, or payment processor.

5. Warranty & Liability Limits

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from your commerce store operations.
